Remembering the Why
Management 403 Notes:
The best classes are the ones that stick with you for years to come. I kept my copy of the notes from this class, which include some handwritten notes I added in during lecture. These notes focus on servant leadership and the surrounding leadership principles I mentioned.
DiSC Assessment Results:
Also in Management 403 we did the DiSC Assessment. These are my results which I referred to when I was fostering my relationship with my co-instructor.
U101 Conversation:
Here is a short conversation I had with student who was struggling with a friend who was having some serious health issues. I felt like I was really able to forge a connection with them over this struggle and remind them that they have at least two people here at USC who truly care about them and their wellbeing.
