This lesson became one of the most valuable in all my four years. I never thought something I learned to use in professional way (frankly, in order to exercise influence over others) would be beneficial in my mentor role, but it was.
RM Training Notes:
RM training is intensive and goes over a lot of material. One day was particularly heavy and health with mental health and suicidal ideation. We did exercises in pairs where we practiced having constructive dialogue with students who expressed to us their struggles.
